Order Processing Time

Order processing is a critical step to ensure the quality of your items. Please note the following processing timelines:

  • Standard Items: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing includes order verification, inventory checking, packaging, and handover to our logistics partners.

  • Customized/Pre-Order Items: For personalized or pre-ordered products, processing time may extend to 3-7 business days (or as specified on the product detail page). We will clearly indicate the estimated processing time on the product page and confirm it via email after you place your order.

  • Peak Periods: During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Double 11), processing time may be extended by 1-2 business days due to high order volumes. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays.

Order Tracking


We provide real-time order tracking to keep you informed of your package’s status:

  • After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. This email includes a unique tracking number and a link to our logistics partner’s tracking page.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your [Your Shop Name] account on our Shopline store: Go to "My Orders" → Select the relevant order → Click "Track Order".

  • For international orders, tracking updates may be delayed once the package enters the destination country. You can also check the status via the local postal service or customs website using the tracking number.

 

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Standard Items: Packaged in durable cardboard boxes or bubble envelopes with protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam) to prevent scratches or damage.

  • Fragile Items (e.g., glassware, electronics): Additional protective measures such as shock-absorbing foam, air cushions, or rigid boxes are used to minimize the risk of breakage.

  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials where possible to reduce environmental impact.

 

Delivery Issues & Solutions

Delayed Delivery

If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeline, please first check the tracking information for updates. If there is no progress or the tracking shows an Unsuccessful status, contact our customer service team within [e.g., 30 days] of shipping. We will investigate with the logistics partner and provide you with a solution (e.g., reshipment, refund).

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, or if the package is marked as lost by the logistics partner, please contact us within [e.g., 15 days] of the estimated delivery date. We will verify the situation and offer a full refund or free reshipment.

  • Damaged Packages: If the package or items are damaged upon receipt, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery and send them to contact.bestonepackaging@gmail.com. We will review the photos and provide a refund, replacement, or other appropriate solutions.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we can update the address for free. If the order has already been shipped, a address correction fee may apply, and delivery may be delayed.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If the package is returned to us due to an unclaimed address, recipient not available, or customs rejection, we will notify you via email. You can choose to have the package reshipped (you will be responsible for the reshipping cost) or request a refund (minus the original shipping cost).

 

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change the shipping address, method, or cancel the order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only process changes or cancellations if the order has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping details, and you may need to follow the return process after receiving the package.
