Return Policy

This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from BESTONE (usbestone.com). We are committed to transparency, clear communication, and fair treatment of all our customers.

 

Returns for Unopened Items

 

You may return new, unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.

  • Customers are limited to up to 2 return requests per customer.

Returns for Opened Items

 

Opened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a $15 restocking fee per opened case.

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse in California.

  • The restocking fee will be waived if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.

  • Customers are limited to up to 2 return requests per customer.

Exchanges

 

Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of delivery.

 

  • Opened products will be subject to a $15 restocking fee per opened case.

  • For U.S. domestic orders only, we will cover return shipping costs for exchanges.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange (for shipping supplies of equal or different value, with price adjustment as needed).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items:

 

  1. Contact us immediately at contact.bestonepackaging@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect items and packaging.

  3. We will cover all return shipping costs for issues caused by our error.

  4. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.

 

Return to Sender / Refused Deliveries

 

If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender through no fault of BESTONE, we will refund the product price minus the actual shipping costs we incurred for the original shipment.
